Training Schools
Join the YWAM El Paso-Juárez staff and be part of an oasis in the desert—a place where people from all over the world come to our Discipleship Training Schools (DTS), encounter God, are restored, and sent forth with purpose. This is not just an oasis in the desert, but a place where God forms hearts willing to influence others.
Here, you will not only walk through your own discipleship process, but you will also learn to disciple others, leading them with love, truth, and purpose. In this community, you will be mentored, grow spiritually, and discover more about your calling while empowering students to embrace theirs.
Your life will be a tool in God’s hands to sow hope, awaken dreams, and raise up leaders who will impact generations. What God does in you here will multiply into many more.

At YWAM El Paso-Juárez, we invite you to be part of an oasis in the desert, where God transforms hearts to impact the world, beginning with our community. By joining the staff, you will not only grow in your relationship with God, but you will also be able to reflect His love in practical, intentional, and powerful ways.
This is a call to allow yourself to be formed by God so that your life may be an extension of His heart to those around you. You will serve shoulder to shoulder with others passionate about reaching people in our community—a region with great spiritual and social needs, but also with enormous Kingdom potential.
Here, every act of service, every word of encouragement, every step of obedience can be the beginning of a transformation in someone’s life. Students, families, youth, and children in our community are waiting to see Jesus… and they will see Him through you.

Staff Opportunities
- Serve the Teams that come to do their mission trips to YWAM El Paso-Juárez. This is a great opportunity to get involved in the ministry they come to do!
- Serve hundreds of people by using your cooking passion and skills at our Food Services Department.
- Put in practice your heart to make people feel comfortable when they come a part of our Hospitality Department.
- Help to maintain and develop the YWAM El Paso-Juárez base so we can be “an oasis in the desert” serving at the Maintenance Department.
- Use your God-given musical talents serving in the Worship Department.
- Is your passion technology? Serve using your IT abilities to help expand God’s kingdom.
- Photography, web design, video editing, graphic design.
- Marketing and Social Media. Be part of communicating what God does in and through our ministry on Social Media.
- Serve hundreds of missionary projects and missionaries around the world by helping at our Accouting Department.
