LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SCHOOL
The LDC is a six-week course for veteran YWAM leaders with a handful of experience to come and be refreshed and re-envisioned in what leadership is and how to better walk in it. If you are in YWAM leadership this course is for you!

The LDC will
Give you tools to lead others effectively, as well as will super-charge your life. The leader within you will be a better
leader, but also the person you are will be a better person!
“As a base leader who has had the opportunity to have a majority of my staff participate in the LDC it is difficult to put into words the value of this course. As a team, we now have a sense of how to lead out in the 7 principles of the LDC. The topics taught have challenged us as a ministry to reach for the full potential and all that God has for us. Hosting this course has been a challenge for the base, but it is a challenge I would take on 100 more times as I have seen how the things taught can change the ministry for the better!”
